Some gills on ab have 5 or more branches; hind leg femora with only 2 major hairs on underside, tibia with only 1 pair of spines on underside, located near front of segment; mostly straight case of sand and rock fragments (maybe with some wood pieces).Body Length: 34 mm.
Body: yellow to amber.
Wings: cream and light brown pattern, with a long, silver stripe along them.
