Gills on ab segs with 2, 3, or 4 branches; femur on hind leg with many long hairs; chloride epithelium (usually a shiny oval) on underside of 1st abdominal segment; case a long slightly curved untapered tube.Body length: 30 mm.
Body: reddish orange.
Wings: mottled gray and brown (translucent).
