I believe this is a Hex.
Took this pic last Summer.
Let me know your thoughts.

Yes it is, a male subimago (dun). You have two species of Hexagenia in W. Virginia, H. limbata (which yours is), and H. atrocaudata. For more information on them, see Mayfly Species Detail Query, key Hex into the Taxon box and click the Submit Query button.
